A:We welcome anyone 18 and up to apply

Q:What are the requirements to rent?

A: We do a $30.00 nonrefundable application credit background check on everyone over 18 and we require 3 times the rent income

Q:Are pets allowed?

A: We allow pets under 20lbs. with breed restrictions and a nonrefundable pet fee/monthly pet rent

A: We do our application credit background checks online by email, you may submit name, email address and phone number for everyone over 18 on website or call/text the office at 251-366-8989 to apply

Q: What is the difference in Micro Studio and Studio?

A: A micro studio has a kitchenette and a studio has full kitchen

Q:What’s the difference between basic, new floor, and renovated?

A: Basic has no upgrades, new floor has no upgrades except new pvc vinyl flooring, and renovated has new appliances, new cabinets/counter tops, and new pvc vinyl flooring.

Q:What is included in the rent prices?

A: Rent, water, trash, sewer, pest control, wireless internet, and power

A: Micro Studio $723, Basic studio $733, Studio new floors $778, Renovated Studio $833

A:Basic 1 bedroom $823, 1 bedroom new floors $878, Renovated 1 bedroom $923
